Mooneyes Sledsters are now available

We just received the shipment of Mooneyes Sledsters and they are ready to go. There are two (2) designs with each having a Chase Crewzer, so there are four (4) pieces all together.  There is a total of 1248 produced for each design.  Of the 1248, each design will have 864 regular run Sledsters and 384 Chase Crewzers.  All of them come in our newly designed Bright Yellow Mooneyes Boxes (same as in the first picture)

The first design is Flat Black with Silver Pinstriped Yellow Scallops. Big Fat White Wall Tires on Chrome Wheels.  The Chase Crewzer is Metallic Gray with Silver Pinstriped Yellow Scallops.    The second design is Yellow with Black and White Mooneyes Graphics.  The tires on this run are custom raised white lettering “Mooneyes” on 5 Spoke Supremes.  The Chase Crewzer will be Metallic Gold with Black and White Mooneyes Graphics.

2011 LAS VEGAS SUPER CONVENTION

Well, it’s been far too long since I have updated the blog.  We’re still here.  We have a couple really cool deals in the works right now and we will be doing some other cool stuff (I can’t let the cat out of the bag yet) in the near future.

We will be out in Las Vegas February 24th through the 27th to attend the 2011 Las Vegas Super Convention.

Looks like it will be an awesome show.  Wish I could go as well but I’m sure Bosco & Luis can handle it.

Mooneyes Show

Well, the Mooneyes Show was awesome.  There were some pretty wild rides there.  There were a couple Rat Rods that their tops barely reached my hip, CRAZY!  I forgot to bring my regular camera but I took some pictures with my new phone.  I’m pretty impressed with my new Motorola Droid X, takes nicer pictures then I thought.  We’ll have some cool news for the new year.  Can’t let the cat out of the bag quite yet, but I will let you know as soon as I can.  I hope you ALL have a Safe and Happy Holiday Season.

This Years Hot Wheel Convention Is On Oct 13tht – 17th

Hello again… Here is another fun one.  The 24th Annual Hot Wheels Convention, October 13th thru 15th At The LAX Marriott in Los Angeles, CA.   We had a great time last year and once again look forward to seeing everyone.

We will only be at the convention Wednesday the 13th thru Friday the 15th, we will not be there for the weekend.

Cruisin’ for a Cure Sep. 25

Hello, we will be at the Cruisin’ For A Cure show at the Orange County Fairgrounds in Santa Ana, CA on September 25th.   Anyone that has been to these shows knows it is a solid day of awesome machines.  Bring some folding chairs and sit back and let the cars come to you!

Hot Wheels Summer Smash 3 Warwick, RI August 19th – 22nd

Warwick, Rhode Island, The Custom Crew is coming to visit.   We will be at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at the Hot Wheels Summer Smash from August 19th – 22nd.   Luis will be at the booth with all of our products, stop by and chat a while.

Custom Hand Painted Jada ’51 Mercury Cars

Hello everyone.

We thought it would be cool to take a ’51 Merc and paint it up to match the Butterscotch Sledster.  So I went out and bought as many Jada ’51 Merc’s as I could find, which is getting very difficult to do) and painted them to match the color and fade on the Flatbed Sledster.   The cool thing that makes this particular Merc unique is that it was designed by Luis Tanahara when he worked at Jada.  It is also the inspiration behind the Sledster.

Right now I only have a few of them available, but I also have some older Cadillacs (’49, ’53, ’59 and ,62 Convertibles) as well that are painted to match (all Jada).  If you are interested in them they are $20.00 plus shipping, which should not be expensive or we can add it to an order for free.  Please email me to let me know which one you would like and I can send you a paypal invoice.
